Brandon Byrd is charged with leading all day-to-day operations for each of M3Sixty’s lines of service. Brandon serves as M3Sixty’s Chief Operating Officer and brings over sixteen years’ experience in the transfer agency space.
Brandon joined M3Sixty after spending thirteen years at BFDS, most recently as a client service officer responsible for the daily firm operations for a majority of the firm’s clients across three contact center locations. At BFDS, he managed the accounts of Goldman Sachs, Principal Financial, RS Investments, Dodge & Cox, as well as numerous other large fund sponsors as BFDS’ call center & transfer agency leader.
During his tenure at BFDS, Brandon led several high-performing operational and contact center teams to award-winning, best-in-class service recognized by DALBAR and NQR by creating a new quality methodology and service model. He also developed critical operational procedures and drove strict adherence to SEC requirements.
In addition to Brandon’s call center expertise, he has been involved with all aspects of the transfer agency operations model, including project management, new product implementation and mergers/conversions, as well as various other processing services.
Brandon’s relationship management responsibilities spanned across multiple clients and products, including retail, institutional and 529 plans. He has built custom service model solutions for multiple clients.
Brandon attended Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He currently holds his Series 6, 26 & 63 FINRA licenses.
